Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or STEM field.
• 2+ years of experience in an operations, process improvement, manufacturing, and/or consulting environment.
• 2+ years of experience with Excel, SQL, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Apply process improvement methodologies to improve self-service and scale processes across teams.
• Identify engineering and operational issues, determine root causes, and develop scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain data analysis and tracking tools to monitor performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to create effective feedback loops.
• Support project prioritization, resource allocation, and sustainability of solutions.
• Manage projects with aggressive timelines and clearly communicate progress.
