Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. GLOBAL OPERATIONS ENGINEER (STARLINK) to own high-impact initiatives from start to finish. You will identify complex problems, build scalable solutions, and translate data into strategic decisions affecting Starlink’s growth and profitability.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, designing lean data systems, and driving end-to-end projects with aggressive timelines while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or STEM field.
• 5+ years of experience in an operations, process improvement, manufacturing, and/or consulting environment.
• 3+ years of experience with Excel, SQL, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Take extreme ownership of process improvement using first-principles to eliminate waste, scale self-service, accelerate resolution, and simplify complex processes.
• Identify systemic defects with bias for action; determine root causes and drive scalable solutions, both immediate and permanent.
• Design and own lean data frameworks surfacing signals across the customer journey and internal operations.
