Job summary

Affirm is seeking a hands-on, data-driven leader to guide the Operations Enablement team. You will drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across our Operations organization, partnering with Product, Engineering and Compliance to translate strategy into actionable programs.

You will own team-level strategy, define roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery of cross-functional initiatives that improve customer and merchant outcomes while maintaining regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations.
• 3+ years scaling operations and coaching teams.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations (UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GLBA, UDAAP, GDPR).
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives with strong execution and measurable outcomes.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, risk management and cross-functional execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to deliver executive updates.
• Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Experience designing business processes to improve user experience and reduce risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team delivering complex cross-functional programs aligned with servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Develop program roadmaps, track KPIs, budgets, timelines, dependencies and risks.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Product, Engineering and Operations to drive measurable outcomes.
• Maintain stakeholder engagement with clear, executive-ready communications on status and impact.
• Identify risks and devise data-backed solutions, driving resolution with stakeholders.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes and scale improvements for quality and compliance.
• Own end-to-end change management from design to adoption and measurement.
• Create clear manuals and resources for human and AI agents through collaboration with product/engineering.
• Evolve knowledge management (SOPs, learning platforms, AI-enabled tools) for scale.
• Translate technical concepts into actionable resources for operations teams and customers.
