Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Operations Enablement leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across the Operations organization. You will set the vision for operational readiness, aligning people, processes, and enablement systems with Affirm's servicing strategy.

You will own cross-functional roadmaps, drive change management, and measure outcomes with data and KPIs, partnering with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and vendors to ensure readiness for launches and regulatory changes in

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or product operations within large-scale or global settings.
• Proven ability to set strategy and deliver impact on efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, project/program management, and change management.
• Experience implementing and scaling knowledge management and training systems.
• Background in regulated industries (financial services/fintech) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional programs aligned to servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Define program roadmaps, track KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
• Drive enterprise-wide improvements using Lean Six Sigma and change management.
• Create manuals and resources for human and AI agents with product/engineering teams.
• Evolve knowledge ecosystem with SOPs, learning platforms, and AI-enabled tools.
• Oversee training design and delivery, with measurement and feedback loops.
• Anticipate readiness for product launches and regulatory changes.
• Use dashboards to assess workflows, training impact, and localization quality.
