Job summary

Epic is seeking an Operations Center Technician to monitor real-time alerts and manage security across its campuses from the Facilities Command Center. The role emphasizes rapid response to incidents and coordination with emergency services to maintain business continuity.

The position requires relocation to the Madison, WI area with relocation assistance provided. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship and be prepared for 2nd/3rd shift plus weekend

Qualifications

Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related high-volume field.
Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

Monitor real-time alerts across Epic's campuses and manage access and security systems.
Oversee building operations from the Facilities Command Center.
Identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data.
Coordinate emergency responses when disruptions occur (e.g., natural disasters, power outages).
Collaborate with internal teams and emergency services to restore normal operations quickly.
