Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking an Operations Program Manager in Seattle, WA to lead end-to-end onboarding programs for partners, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive scalable processes across international marketplaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with content operations, partner onboarding, or platform enablement at scale.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end partner onboarding projects and escalations.
• Serve as first line of operational support for partner issues (content, metadata, feeds, payments).
• Walk external partners through technical integration requirements (MRSS/JSON feeds, metadata schemas, ingestion workflows).
• Coordinate onboarding across international marketplaces to scale processes.
• Define tooling feature requirements from partner feedback and issues.
• Track engineering tickets and drive resolution timelines with dev teams.
• Report onboarding progress, partner health, and trends to leadership.
• Support international expansion readiness including region-specific payments and localization.
