Job summary

The Network is seeking a Partnerships Manager to support the Chief Partnership Officer in Seattle. You will manage partner delivery, sponsor events, and coordinate cross-team workflows to ensure timely, accurate outcomes across a national footprint.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in operations or program management, strong relationship skills, and experience with a CRM. This is a hybrid role based in Seattle with travel to partner sites and conferences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in operations, program or project management, client or account management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders without dropping details.
• Proven ability to operate independently with minimal direction and supervision.
• Based in the Seattle, WA metro area, or willing to relocate prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational execution of partnerships.
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for partner staff answering questions, routing requests, and sustaining momentum between the CPO's touchpoints.
• Coordinate internally to fulfill partner requests, primarily with our Tech team.
• Track implementation milestones and outcomes (IMBs targeted, tactics deployed, results achieved).
• Prepare and maintain partner-facing materials, including our “playbook” which includes a comprehensive approach to defeating the illicit massage industry and creating a national safety net.
• Own the partnership CRM: accurate records of every interaction, stage, commitment, and next step across the national pipeline.
• Build and maintain the reporting the CPO and Senior Leadership Team rely on: pipeline health, acquisition against targets, implementation status, and impact metrics.
• Identify friction in how partners move from first contact to full implementation, and remove it. Design the process, then run it.
• Plan and execute partnership events, including strategy sessions with partner cohorts and The Network's presence at national conferences.
• Play a central role in coordinating The Network's next National Convening (tentatively scheduled for March 2028)
• Represent The Network professionally with partners, at conferences, and in the field including presenting our work when the CPO cannot.
