Job summary

Alia Services is a remote-first firm connecting professionals with global projects. We are seeking an Onboarding & Operations Specialist to source, onboard, and support field representatives across multiple projects, combining recruitment, training, and day-to-day coordination.

You will collaborate with client teams, schedule assignments, monitor visits, and provide guidance to ensure reps are prepared and performing well.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain clear communication with the team.
• Dependable, professional, and able to meet deadlines.
• A personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM.
• A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 30 Mbps.
• A backup plan in case of internet or power outages.
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace or noise-canceling headset(s).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the client team's lead and cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
• Source and interview representative candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Evaluate candidates and guide qualified representatives through onboarding on the client's platform.
• Coordinate the onboarding process and ensure new representatives understand the platform and the requirements of their assigned projects.
• Provide appropriate training and guidance to help representatives get started successfully.
• Assign representatives to projects and local stores based on operational needs.
• Monitor attendance and review completed visits to ensure project expectations are met.
• Provide feedback and guidance to support representative performance and development.
• Address questions and troubleshoot issues raised by representatives with the support team.
• Maintain clear communication with representatives, client teams, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Help identify operational challenges and support timely resolution to keep projects running efficiently.
