Job summary

Alpaca, a US-headquartered global leader in agent-first brokerage infrastructure, is seeking a People Operations Partner to own onboarding, offboarding and lifecycle transactions across regions. You will handle data quality, employee support, and partner on people projects in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

This role is 70% core People Operations with 30% adjacent tasks like analytics and process improvements, including AI-driven automation while protecting privacy and trust.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in People Operations, HR Operations, HR Coordinator/Generalist, or a closely related role.
• Experience supporting the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR transactions).
• Comfort working with a global or multi-country workforce, or evidence you can learn local nuances quickly.

Responsibilities

• Process high volume employee lifecycle work (onboarding, offboarding, transfers).
• Partner with leaders across regions and time zones to ensure consistent support.
• Provide benefits support and coordinate with vendors on complex issues.
• Maintain audit-ready HRIS records and dashboards for leadership.
