Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive operations leadership experience across multi-market or regional scopes.
• Experience leading distributed teams across geographies, channels, or service models.
• Ability to balance global standards with local market realities and influence stakeholders.
• Experience managing first-party and vendor-supported operations with performance management.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen including KPI management and cost-to-serve analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding execution across international markets from post-sale handoff to go-live.
• Manage EU/UK and APAC onboarding operations, including staffing, coverage, and SLA metrics.
• Develop regional objectives and aligned performance expectations with global strategy.
• Standardize regional workflows and training needs, ensuring consistent quality.
• Drive AI-enabled improvements to seller outcomes and internal processes.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and GTM teams.
• Develop regional leaders and foster accountability across distributed markets.
