Block is seeking an experienced operations excellence and business operations leader to build the operating system for global seller onboarding. Reporting to the Head of Global Onboarding Operations, you will create metrics, planning processes, reporting cadences, capacity models, and continuous improvement mechanisms to scale onboarding with discipline.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in operations, with advanced degree or 12+ years with a bachelor's
• Experience building operating cadences, dashboards, KPI frameworks
• Strong analytical skills with data on operational and financial metrics
• Ability to lead cross-functional programs independently

Responsabilidades

• Design and run global onboarding operating cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Lead planning, capacity, and budget forecasting with finance
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement across regions
• Lead AI-enabled workflows and scale adoption across onboarding teams
