Block is seeking an experienced operations excellence and business operations leader to build the operating system for global seller onboarding. You will own the KPI framework, cadence, and continuous improvement to scale onboarding with discipline.

The role partners with Onboarding Leaders and requires analytical, structured, action-oriented skills to turn complexity into clear plans, dashboards, and recommendations. AI-enabled process improvements are a key focus area.

Formación

• 8+ years in operations with a Master’s degree, or 12+ years with a Bachelor’s, or equivalent experience.
• Experience building operating cadences, dashboards, KPI frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills across operational, financial and performance data.
• Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, cost-to-serve or vendor spend analysis.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects with senior leadership.
• Excellent communication; AI workflows experience preferred.
• Experience in fintech, commerce, SaaS or scaled services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build the core operating cadence and reviews for global onboarding.
• Create consistent reporting, decision forums, action tracking, and escalation mechanisms.
• Turn strategic priorities into measurable plans, milestones, and routines.
• Own the global onboarding KPI framework (activation, time-to-value, NPS, cost-to-serve, SLA, utilization).
• Lead capacity planning and workforce modeling with regional leaders and partners.
• Partner with Finance on budgets, forecasts, headcount, and ROI analyses.
• Identify friction in onboarding workflows and drive standardization and playbooks.
• Drive AI-enabled workflows and measure impact on onboarding outcomes.
