- 12+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple geographies.
- Ability to balance global standards with local market realities.
- Experience with market launches, localization, international expansion preferred.
- Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding execution across international markets from post-sale to go-live.
- Manage EU/UK and APAC onboarding operations, staffing, coverage, and SLAs.
- Create regional objectives aligned to global onboarding strategy.
- Localize operating models while maintaining global standards.
- Develop repeatable playbooks for market launches and service changes.
- Identify regional risks and drive mitigation plans with internal and external teams.
- Determine labor mix by market with workforce leaders.
