Job summary

Block, Inc. is seeking a Global Seller Onboarding Specialist to guide US merchants from discovery through activation and onboarding. You will leverage Square’s platform, products, and integrations to deliver a world-class onboarding experience.

This role combines remote and occasional onsite work, requiring 4–5+ years in customer-facing roles, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong project management to accelerate onboarding and support international expansion.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree, preferably.
• 4–5+ years in a customer-facing role in software implementation or related fields.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in POS, payments, or tech industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding and implementation experiences for Square sellers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product.
• Lead multi-merchant projects and allocate resources.
• Create training materials for internal and external teams.
• Data entry and migration for select sellers.
• Support remote and occasional onsite merchant work.
