Job summary

Panasonic Corporation of North America is seeking a Global OEM Business Development Manager in Mountain View, CA. You will lead global growth strategies, manage OEM relationships, and collaborate with regional teams to drive new product opportunities in AI edge and mobility markets.

The role requires deep technical insight, cross‑functional leadership, and the ability to influence product roadmaps with major OEMs. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or electro‑mechanical engineering.
• More than 5 years of experience in hardware engineering, product management or business development roles; experience in passive components is highly desired.
• Significant experience winning large-scale global technology projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of AI/Data Infrastructure market and supply chain ecosystem.
• Experience working for or selling to major tech firms.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite with a strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead global growth strategies and expand sustainable revenue opportunities.
• Develop new product initiatives and align with OEMs and Japan‑based teams.
• Lead joint R&D initiatives with targeted OEMs.
• Drive RFQ management and commercial negotiations to accelerate revenue.
• Develop business plans with sales metrics and key success factors.
