Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Occupancy Planner to oversee tactical occupancy planning for a global portfolio. The role focuses on space planning, demand/supply analysis, and solution development to meet client needs.

You will work closely with clients and site stakeholders to develop current and forecasted plans, while ensuring projects stay within scope and are delivered on time. Strong analytical skills are required to translate workplace strategy into actionable occupancy outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze BU demand/supply data and develop utilization metrics.
• Experience coordinating space planning projects and client relationships.
• Ability to translate workplace strategy into long-term occupancy plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day change requests and space planning projects.
• Analyze and monitor BU demand/supply against approved plans.
• Collaborate with clients on utilization data and sizing models.
• Develop current and forecasted Stack Plans and space layouts.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
