The role requires strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with coordination across Real Estate Portfolio Strategist, PM, and occupancy-planning teams.

• Forecast headcount and seat projections after analyzing data.
• Support change management and communications for space/occupancy planning.
• Propose space efficiencies aligned with corporate real estate goals.
• Collaborate with CRE team and project management on occupancy planning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze forecasted headcount and seat projections.
• Support change management and communication plans for space/occupancy.
• Provide proposals to maximize space efficiencies in line with CRE goals.
• Collaborate with Real Estate Portfolio Strategist, PM, and occupancy planners.
• Coordinate with business partners on headcount forecasts and seat supply.
• Organize data analytics and space solutions into client-ready presentations.
• Assist with site assessments to review space efficiencies and utilization metrics.
• Develop relationships with business partners and vendor teams.
• Contribute to workplace trends and future ways of working.
• Review space and design standards adherence.
