The role partners with Space Planning leaders to align business needs with space solutions and to deliver superior occupancy outcomes. You will analyze data, create scenarios, and present clear space recommendations to internal teams and clients, building strong business relationships while managing multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5–10 years in space and occupancy planning.
• Experience in corporate real estate preferred.
• Intermediate CAFM proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of the master space plan for a bank account’s retail properties.
• Manage space allocations and ticket requests in the region.
• Execute, track and report on space allocations in CAFM system.
