Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Director of Spatial and Occupancy Planning to lead occupancy analysis and space planning across a regional portfolio. You will generate space layouts, collaborate with CRE teams, and coordinate with Move Managers on relocation strategies.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, stakeholder management, and delivering efficient space solutions in a fast-paced multi-client environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related discipline or field of study (Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management, etc.)
• 7-10 years of related experience in space planning or CRE
• Experience in communicating with all levels of management
• Experience reviewing architectural and engineering drawings, concepts & design

Responsibilities

• Oversees all facility space and personnel move requests to maximize space efficiencies
• Establishes relationships with client lines of business to understand requirements
• Develops occupancy plans and migration plans with project teams
• Interfaces with Client to develop options and finalize concepts for approval
• Coordinates with Move Managers to ensure client needs are met
• Maintains space management data and supports space allocation plans
