You will balance day‑to‑day space requests with long‑term strategic space and occupancy analysis. The role requires a BA/BS, 5+ years in corporate real estate or workplace planning, and proficiency in CAFM/IWMS, space management, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, CRE, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years in corporate real estate or workplace planning.
• Proficiency with CAFM/IWMS, space management systems, relational databases, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Space planning and execution: develop block plans and stack plans.
• Data and demand analysis: monitor portfolio utilization vs. long‑term plans.
• Stakeholder engagement to understand needs and improve workplace planning.
• Project coordination with managers to deliver space solutions on time.
• Change management: support transitions in workspaces and CRE strategies.
• Strategic input using space data to create actionable recommendations.
