Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Occupancy Planner to provide strategic occupancy planning expertise for a global portfolio. The role analyzes forecasted headcount and seat projections, supports change management for space planning, and offers proposals to maximize space efficiency.

Collaboration with CRE teams and executives is required to deliver data-driven insights. The position emphasizes data analytics, presentation development, and coordination across project teams to ensure alignment

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related discipline or 10+ years of experience.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Experience with CAFM software and space management tools.
• Proficient in MS Office with presentation skills for executives.

Responsabilités

• Oversee forecasted headcount and seat projections and provide strategic occupancy planning.
• Support change management and communication plans related to space planning.
• Develop proposals to maximize space efficiency aligned with CRE goals.
• Collaborate with Real Estate Portfolio Strategist, Project Management, and other CRE members.
• Organize data analytics and space solutions into client-ready presentations.
