Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) seeks a skilled Network Support Engineer to sustain global IP services for Financial Markets infrastructure. You will resolve complex IP routing and hardware issues, liaise with Cisco/Juniper TAC, and manage incidents to minimize impact.

The role requires hands-on router/switch configuration, 24x7 coverage, and strong communication with customers. A CS degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Provide global large-scale TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS network support.
• Hands-on configuration of Cisco, Arista and Juniper routers/switches.
• ITIL certification and knowledge of change management.
• Experience with NOC environments and external customers.
• Background in financial markets networking and market data.

Responsibilities

• Monitor event management systems and inbound customer contact.
• Raise incident tickets and triage per runbooks.
• Coordinate with NOC engineers for resolution.
• Provide 24x7 IP Desk coverage on rotation.
• Support network maintenance and change management activities.
