Transaction Network Services (TNS) in the United States is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for the Financial Markets Global IP Desk. You will handle IP network issues, manage tickets, and coordinate with Cisco/Juniper TAC while supporting large-scale TCP/IP, VPN, and MPLS networks.

The role emphasizes customer-facing service, incident management, and on-call escalation. A background in networking, financial markets, and ITIL is preferred, with 3–5 years in NOC/ops and strong communication

Qualifications

• Experience with TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS and routing protocols.
• Hands-on experience configuring Cisco, Arista and Juniper devices.
• ITIL certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio.
• Familiarity with financial markets and exchanges.
• 3–5 years in NOC/network operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Monitor global event management systems and inbound channels.
• Respond to inbound customer email and telephone inquiries.
• Raise incident tickets on the TNS ticketing system.
• Provide triage following defined runbooks for incidents.
• Engage NOC engineers to drive incidents to resolution.
• Provide 24x7 IP Desk coverage on a rotating schedule.
