Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking an IT Network Hardware Asset and Logistics Analyst to manage lifecycle tracking, licensing, and deployment logistics for core network hardware across 120+ global sites. You will ensure accurate inventories and on-time shipments while maintaining OEM maintenance contracts.

The role requires attention to detail, experience with CMDB/ITAM tools, and collaboration with IT and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in IT asset management, logistics, or network operations.
• Understand enterprise hardware support structures and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Track, renew, and audit hardware maintenance contracts and SLA alignment.
• Verify licenses for network hardware before and after deployment.
• Coordinate shipment of core networking gear and maintain site alignment.
• Open RMAs and coordinate replacements under maintenance contracts.
• Maintain CMDB records and lifecycle data with accuracy.
• Log maintenance schedules and firmware/hardware patch dependencies.
• Coordinate decommissioning and secure disposition with ITAD vendors.
• Prepare regular reports on contract coverage and inventory.
