Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Global Stock Level Manager MDS to oversee international IT hardware inventory, with a primary focus on North America and future expansion. The role ensures service product availability across a global warehouse network and drives inventory planning to maintain service continuity.

The candidate will track orders from procurement to delivery, manage asset data in SAP and ServiceNow, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize stock levels and reduce delays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Supply Chain, Inventory Control, or IT Asset Management roles.
• Direct experience in IT services or technology hardware is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain optimal stocking levels across global warehouse locations.
• Forecast shortages using inventory metrics and coordinate replenishment to prevent stockouts.
• Oversee end-to-end ordering, receipt, and booking processes for hardware assets.
• Manage asset profiles in SAP, ServiceNow, and related systems.
• Prepare forecast data from monthly call-offs and failure rates for stakeholders.
• Audit stock levels daily across worldwide locations and reconcile system data.
• Monitor hardware throughput and identify bottlenecks; escalate overruns as needed.
