Job summary

Randstad Enterprise in the United States seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, multi-country implementations. The role offers flexible East/West Coast time zones and a high degree of independence, with accountability to senior stakeholders.

You will mentor a team of project managers, drive cross-functional delivery, manage risks, and coordinate with global clients. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of complex implementation experience in MSP/RPO/SOW environments are preferred, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor or University degree preferably in Business Administration or Economics or relevant business experience
• 5+ years’ experience in project management managing complex implementations within the RPO, MSP & SOW industry

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-country, regional or global implementations and serve as main contact at Steering Board level
• Direct, manage and mentor a team of project managers, driving cross-border delivery and governance
• Identify and mitigate risks, provide audit trails and status reporting to senior stakeholders
• Provide guidance for bids and proposals and contribute to client relationship management
