Job summary

Koncert IT Solutions seeks an experienced Director of Strategic Delivery to guide client implementations and delivery operations across MSP, VMS, Marketplace, Staff Augmentation, SOW, and Advisory solutions. This hands-on leader balances strategic direction with execution, establishing delivery standards while coaching teams and leading key client initiatives.

The role requires building scalable processes, templates, and playbooks, and partnering with executive leadership, clients, and partners

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
8+ years leading client delivery, consulting, implementation, MSP/VMS, or workforce solutions organizations.
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a high-growth environment.
Excellent executive communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic direction of the Delivery organization and develop scalable methodologies.
Oversee Project Managers and Client Success Managers, and manage end-to-end delivery.
Serve as executive point of contact for strategic client relationships and governance meetings.
Standardize delivery processes, governance, and documentation; coach and develop teams.
