Job summary

Atrium is seeking a Global Executive Program Director to lead a flagship Managed Services program for a major client, overseeing a global contingent workforce initiative from Columbus, OH with regional leadership in North America and EMEA.

The role demands executive presence, strategic governance, and end-to-end delivery across MSP, EOR, and AOR services, with a distributed team of 17+ professionals and a hybrid work model in Westerville, OH.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in contingent workforce management, MSP, staffing, or workforce solutions leadership.
• Proven success managing large-scale global programs with multi-region delivery.
• P&L ownership and financial performance management experience.
• Strong understanding of worker classification, employment law, and global compliance.
• Experience leading distributed cross-functional teams at scale.
• Executive presence to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Experience driving transformation, change management, and program expansion.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the program day-to-day, ensuring governance and performance across regions.
• Establish global operating standards, processes, and governance.
• Orchestrate delivery across hub-and-spoke model anchored in Columbus, OH.
• Serve as primary executive partner to stakeholders, incl. Global CPO.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews, strategic planning, and roadmaps.
• Oversee program P&L, revenue performance, margins, and cost control.
• Ensure compliant, high-quality delivery across MSP, EOR, and AOR services.
• Lead a global team and collaborate with regional heads to align strategy and performance.
• Drive global expansion, new capabilities, and market expansion initiatives.
• Ensure audit readiness and risk mitigation across the program.
