Job summary

Atrium in Boston is seeking an MSP Senior Program/Delivery Manager to lead our MSP program. You will own a portfolio of requisitions end-to-end, serve as the day-to-day point of contact for hiring managers and suppliers, and ensure delivery meets SLAs and KPIs.

This role requires deep knowledge of contingent workforce management, worker classifications, and VMS tools, plus strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Onsite hybrid work in Boston with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with MSP delivery and vendor management.
• Knowledge of employment law and worker classifications.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of requisitions within MSP program.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and contractor compliance.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs, flag risks early.
• Provide weekly/monthly program reporting.
• Coach and mentor team members; support vendors.
• Support training and change management.
