Job summary

Atrium is seeking an MSP Program Manager in Boston, MA, to lead the Managed Services Program, vendor relationships, requisition management, and proactive service for Hiring Managers. The role emphasizes optimizing processes, compliance, and outcomes in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in MSP, strong VMS and staffing knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and a bias for continuous improvement. Hybrid work and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of MSP industry experience on the client services side.
• Strong understanding of VMS platforms, staffing strategies, and workforce solutions.
