Job summary

Atrium is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior MSP Program Specialist to join our team in a fully remote role. This position manages vendor relationships, oversees requisition management, and provides proactive, white‑glove service to Hiring Managers within a fast-paced MSP environment.

The ideal candidate will be a staffing subject matter expert with deep VMS knowledge, capable of expanding MSP services strategically across departments, while driving process improvements and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong understanding of VMS platforms and staffing strategies.
• Experience in managed services or MSP environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance and relationship management of staffing vendors, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and alignment with client expectations.
• Manage the end-to-end requisition process, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of staffing needs.
• Provide exceptional, white-glove service to Hiring Managers, anticipating needs, and delivering solutions with a high level of responsiveness.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on staffing solutions, advising managers on best practices, market trends, and effective strategies for talent acquisition.
• Identify opportunities to expand MSP services into new departments, communicating value without a direct sales focus.
• Continuously evaluate and improve program processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and satisfaction among stakeholders.
• Leverage knowledge of Vendor Management Systems to optimize program performance and drive better outcomes.
