Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of MSP industry experience on the client services side.
• Strong understanding of VMS platforms and staffing/workforce solutions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change; proactive learner of new processes.
• High integrity and ethics; commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance and relationship management of staffing vendors in line with program guidelines.
• Manage end-to-end requisition process to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of staffing needs.
• Provide white-glove service to Hiring Managers with high responsiveness and proactive solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on staffing solutions, advising managers on best practices and market trends.
• Identify opportunities to expand MSP services into new departments without direct sales focus.
• Continuously evaluate and improve program processes for efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Leverage knowledge of VMS to optimize program performance.
