Job summary

Guidant Global is seeking a Program Director to lead the Program Management team responsible for day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of the client’s program(s). You will partner with Client Sponsors and internal Service Delivery teams to drive operational excellence, while developing and guiding a team of Program Managers.

This role requires strong MSP experience, operational rigor, and a passion for client and team success.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Staffing Industry, MSP, VMS, Procurement, SOW, HR

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations and SLA/KPI compliance across programs.
• Manage supplier reporting, KPIs, and contract negotiations as needed.
• Oversee programs with annual spend of $30M–$75M.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports.
• Lead continuous improvement and escalation management for client satisfaction.
• Partner with VMS suppliers to ensure system performance and data integrity.
