Job summary

RiseMe is seeking an experienced Global Mobility Lead to build and run cross-border employee programs. You will own mobility policies, immigration casework, and vendor relationships, partnering with Legal, Finance, and People Ops to ensure compliant, well-supported moves.

You will manage end-to-end mobility cases, from scoping to landing, and oversee compliance in the US, UK, EU, and other markets. The role demands analytical rigor and clear policy communications.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in global mobility with full ownership of cross-border moves.
• Fluency in US immigration work-authorisation and at least one other major jurisdiction.
• Strong data analysis and HRIS/reporting proficiency.
• Ability to assess risk and communicate decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own mobility policy suite end to end: relocation, transfers and cross-border work.
• Lead immigration casework, including sequencing, documents and counsel coordination.
• Manage vendor relationships across immigration, relocation, and payroll services.
• Build case pipelines, dashboards, and cost-tracking for mobility programs.
• Provide internal communications and documentation for moves and pay decisions.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and People Ops to ensure compliance.
