Job summary

Western Union seeks a Senior Global Mobility/Immigration Leader to manage end-to-end global mobility programs with primary responsibility for U.S. immigration and oversight of international cases.

You will coordinate with HR, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to ensure compliant, scalable mobility solutions. You will guide policy interpretation, relocations, cross-border employment, and vendor relationships, while driving governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, Global HR Operations, Total Rewards, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing employment-based immigration programs.
• Experience managing U.S. immigration programs and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead global mobility and immigration programs across multiple regions.
• Serve as primary contact for employees, managers, and external partners on mobility matters.
• Oversee U.S. employment-based immigration programs, including sponsorship and renewals.
• Administer Form I-9 and E-Verify programs, compliance, and record retention.
• Develop mobility policies, governance, and procedures.
