Job summary

Ramp is seeking a senior professional to own immigration, global mobility, and compliance as Ramp scales internationally. You’ll partner with Legal, Finance, and People Partners to design processes, define policies, and manage vendors across multiple countries.

You’ll lead end-to-end visa cases (US/UK/Canada), build relocation playbooks, and ensure compliance for cross-border employment while delivering a human, clear experience for employees and leaders worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years across People Operations, global mobility, immigration, and compliance.
• Strong vendor management to maximize value from counsel and relocation partners.
• Experience building scalable processes at a growing company.
• Autonomy and ownership with accountability and follow-through.
• Exceptional communication; can translate complex rules into plain language.

Responsibilities

• Own immigration program strategy, benchmark against market practice, define policies, and manage vendors.
• Oversee U.S., UK, and Canada visa cases end-to-end with external counsel.
• Design relocation processes and advise on mobility questions with clear guidance.
• Ensure compliance across Ramp's countries, including cross-border remote work and classification.
