Job summary

Nscale seeks an experienced Mobility Specialist to own end-to-end relocations for US employees, including international moves. You will administer relocation policies, manage allowances, and oversee mobility vendors to ensure smooth case progression.

This hands-on role operates in a fast-moving environment and may expand to additional locations as Nscale grows, with an emphasis on data-driven improvements and exceptional employee experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on mobility casework experience.
• Strong experience administering US mobility policies and benefits.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relocations end to end for US employees, domestic and international.
• Administer US mobility policies and allowances, process requests, escalate risks.
• Oversee mobility vendors, coordinate case initiation, service delivery and issue resolution.
• Provide clear guidance to employees navigating moves and timelines.
• Contribute to tracking systems, playbooks, and program improvements.
