Job summary

SupportFinity™ is looking for a Global Mobility & Operations Specialist to assist with U.S. immigration processes and benefits administration. This hybrid role involves compliance management, employee experience enhancement, and scalable process building as the company grows.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in U.S. immigration, is knowledgeable about relevant laws, and can manage multiple projects effectively. Support includes competitive compensation along with comprehensive health benefits and a vibrant company culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting U.S. immigration and benefits administration.
• Working knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and U.S. benefits regulations.
• Experience using HRIS platforms and benefits systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. employment-based immigration processes and serve as a contact for employee immigration matters.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. immigration and benefits laws and maintain accurate employee data.
• Build and improve SOPs for scalable immigration and benefits operations.
• Support U.S. benefits administration and partner with external administrators.
