Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, relocation, international HR operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Administer Fluence’s global mobility programs, including immigration, international assignments, permanent transfers, relocation support, cross-border employee movements, and business traveler activities.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for employees, managers, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and vendors throughout the mobility lifecycle.
• Ensure mobility programs are executed consistently and in accordance with established policies, governance requirements, and approval processes.
• Monitor mobility activity across multiple countries and regions while maintaining accurate records and case documentation.
• Coordinate immigration processes with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain mobility reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics.
