fal is seeking an in-house immigration attorney to own all US and international employment-based immigration cases from start to finish. You will manage sponsorships, renewals, and work authorization, coordinating with counsel and internal teams.

You will design policy, optimize processes, and build internal tools to scale mobility across Americas, EMEA, and APAC while ensuring compliance and a smooth employee experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in the U.S., in-house.
• Experience handling US/Canada employment-based immigration cases.
• Ability to design policy and manage external counsel.

Responsibilities

• Own immigration cases from start to finish for all regions.
