You will track move status with Payroll, Benefits and Immigration, manage HR transactions, and report weekly to the Global Mobility Leader. A background in Global Mobility and 2–5 years of relocation experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in corporate relocation support.
• Experienced ‘case manager’ in mobility.
• Proficient with MS Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Case manage employee moves domestically and internationally.
• Track move status with Payroll, Benefits, Immigration; manage HR transactions.
• Maintain centralized mobility tracker and report weekly to Global Mobility Leader.
• Participate in vendor reviews.
• Train recruiters on mobility tools.
• Communicate with employees on status.
• Audit vendor files and invoices; resolve billing issues.
• Maintain HR Global Mobility site with current info.
• Provide guidance to internal departments and vendors.
• Demonstrate operational excellence in service delivery.
