Job summary

Nscale is seeking an experienced Mobility Specialist to own the tactical, end-to-end delivery of domestic and international relocations for our US employee population. You will manage moves from initiation through completion, administer US mobility policies and allowances, and oversee mobility vendors to ensure cases progress smoothly.

This is a hands-on operational role in a fast-moving environment, with potential to expand.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on mobility casework experience for US employees.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience administering US mobility policies, allowances, and compliance.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-changing environments without a defined process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with sound judgment under pressure.
• Experience overseeing mobility vendors and driving case progress.

Responsibilities

• Manage relocations end to end for domestic and international moves.
• Administer US mobility policies and manage relocation allowances.
• Coordinate with mobility vendors and ensure high-quality employee experience.
• Provide guidance on policy provisions and escalate risks when needed.
• Support KPI reporting, cost analysis, and program optimization.
• Collaborate on expanding the program to additional locations.
