TPI Global Solutions in Austin, TX is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist for a 6-month contract with potential extension. Two openings are available, the first requiring 2+ years of experience and the second 5+ years.

Responsibilities include case management of employee moves across domestic and intercompany lines, maintaining trackers, training recruiters on mobility tools, auditing vendor and HR data, and guiding internal teams and vendors with updates and support.

Qualifications

• Experience in Global Mobility or HR operations required.
• Experience with corporate relocation including country moves is preferred.
• Strong organizational and process development skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity.

Responsabilités

• Case management of employee moves (domestic, across country and legal entities).
• Maintain a centralized tracker and report weekly to Global Mobility Leader.
• Train Talent Acquisition Recruiters on mobility tools and support questions.
• Communicate status to employees and respond to questions.
• Audit vendor files for accuracy in vendor and HR systems.
• Audit invoices and coordinate with AMD Finance for payment; resolve billing issues.
• Contribute to creation of HR, Manager and employee FAQs.
• Keep Global Mobility site updated with vendor, program and legal information.
• Provide information, guidance, and support to internal departments and external providers.
• Demonstrate operational excellence and high-quality customer service.
