Job summary

Heidelberg USA seeks a Microsoft 365 Administrator to own and govern Microsoft 365 workplace apps in a multinational setting. You will oversee Copilot, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams security and adoption of AI-powered tools.

You will collaborate with regional IT teams, manage licensing and tenancy settings, and address global 365 issues. Travel to Germany may be required; English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and spoken; German is a plus.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 in a multinational environment.
• Ability to govern Copilot, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams for 365.

Responsibilities

• Act as Administrator for Microsoft 365 and administer Copilot, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and other Microsoft 365 apps.
• Support business units using the SharePoint-based intranet and collaboration tools.
• Manage 365 configuration, updates, service health, licensing and enablement.
• Administer Copilot licensing and tenant settings with data-protection compliance.
• Serve as escalation point for complex or global 365 issues.
• Collaborate with regional IT, business stakeholders, and Microsoft support/partners.
• Optional: support Teams Voice/telephony if required.
