Job summary

Halian is seeking an experienced Copilot Administrator to support a major enterprise Microsoft environment in Texas. The role focuses on Microsoft 365 Copilot administration, enterprise AI services, Microsoft Graph integrations, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, service governance, and advanced troubleshooting.

Qualifications

5+ years supporting Microsoft 365 in a large enterprise environment.
Experience providing advanced administration, engineering, or Level 3 support.
2+ years working with Microsoft cloud automation, AI services, Power Platform, Copilot technologies, or enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI services
Manage licensing, configuration, service health, feature enablement, and release management
Troubleshoot complex Copilot issues involving Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, permissions, agents, connectors, and integrations
Support AI governance initiatives, pilot programs, and production deployments
Monitor adoption metrics, service analytics, and operational reporting
Partner with Security, IAM, and Architecture teams to support enterprise integrations and access controls
