Job summary

Heidelberg USA, Inc. seeks a seasoned Microsoft 365 Administrator to own and govern our Microsoft 365 workplace in a multinational environment.

You will manage Copilot, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and licensing to ensure a secure, compliant, and modern digital workspace while enabling AI-powered productivity tools. Collaborate with regional IT teams and business stakeholders, oversee configuration and service health, and provide escalation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 3+ years hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in a large/global environment.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 applications including Copilot, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Support SharePoint-based intranet and collaboration platforms for business units.
• Manage Microsoft 365 configuration, updates, service health, licensing, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure data protection compliance and responsible data handling within Microsoft 365.
• Act as escalation point for complex/global Microsoft 365 issues.
