Job summary

Heidelberg USA is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator to own and manage our Microsoft 365 workplace applications in a multinational enterprise environment. You will enable and govern Copilot, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams to ensure a secure, compliant, and modern digital workplace.

You will drive adoption of AI-powered productivity tools, collaborate with regional IT teams, and support Teams Voice as needed to meet business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• 3+ years hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in a large or global environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as Administrator for Microsoft 365 and administer Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
• Support business units running the SharePoint-based corporate intranet and manage licensing and service enablement.
• Collaborate with regional IT teams, business stakeholders, and Microsoft support.
