Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Solutions Engineer for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent365 to guide enterprise AI adoption. You will assess tenants, deploy Copilot features, govern data, and implement cost controls while ensuring secure, scalable operations across Microsoft 365 apps.

You will work across identity, security, licensing, and governance, delivering practical recommendations, runbooks, and automation via PowerShell to enable successful deployments for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise Microsoft365 environments.
• Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, Microsoft365 Apps.
• Experience supporting Microsoft365 Copilot readiness, deployment, governance, or expansion.
• Understanding of Microsoft Graph, identity, permissions, content quality, and information architecture affecting Copilot grounding and security.
• Hands-on PowerShell scripting for Microsoft365 administration and automation.
• Understanding of enterprise licensing, Copilot, Entra, Purview, and Defender adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments, including prerequisite validation, licensing, feature enablement, administrative configuration, pilot planning, rollout support, and expansion.
• Help customers evaluate and operationalize Microsoft 365 E7, Copilot, Agent Builder, and Agent365.
• Review SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, Outlook, and other Apps to identify oversharing and data-exposure risks.
• Configure and support Copilot Studio and governance, including cost management and lifecycle standards.
• Plan and govern Copilot Credit consumption across Copilot Cowork, Work IQ APIs, and other services.
• Develop runbooks and automation scripts to support deployment and administration.
