Job summary

Heidelberg USA is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator to own and manage our Microsoft 365 workplace applications, including Copilot, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, for a multinational enterprise.

You will drive a secure, compliant, and modern digital workplace while enabling AI-powered productivity tools across the organization. The role is based in Marietta, GA with collaboration across regional IT teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in a large/global environment.
Fluency in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as Administrator for Microsoft 365 and administer Copilot, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
Support business units running the SharePoint-based corporate intranet.
Manage Microsoft 365 configuration, updates, service health, lifecycle management, licensing, and service enablement.
Administer Copilot licensing and tenant settings while ensuring data protection compliance.
Serve as escalation point for complex Microsoft 365 issues.
Collaborate with regional IT teams, stakeholders, and Microsoft support partners.
Optional: Support Teams Voice solutions and related communication services if required.
