JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Executive Director to lead a Merchant Services relationship team focused on large corporate clients. You will coach managers, set direction, and deliver strong client outcomes in payments optimization.

You will collaborate across stakeholders to support business growth and retain key relationships. You will guide strategic direction, oversee complex negotiations, and contribute to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in relationship management or sales with contract negotiation
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams
• Experience managing complex projects and portfolios
• Experience supporting senior client stakeholders in large organizations
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills across groups
• Deep knowledge of payment processing, acquiring, and merchant services
• Proficient with common business software
• Excellent written and verbal communication
